We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the a double room with a view of the water. It had stunning and wonderful location a short walk to Queen Anne Square Park. Everything was exceptional, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly.

The hotel's super cute design and spacious common areas were perfect for hanging out with our group of 7. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were surprisingly nice and had great views of the harbor. The valet service was incredibly helpful and worth the cost for convenient parking. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. We also loved the amazing restaurant next door. Can't wait to visit again with my mom for Mother's Day!

Great that they have Disability Access rooms with a queen bed and a bathroom and comfortable seating; everyone is welcome here. The price was US$ 205. Unbeatable and incredible location on the waterfront, met every demand.

The beds were very comfy, the room was good sized with a queen bed and a single. Everything was great, the staff were supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel was in a MAGNIFICENT location, in the center of town.

Liked Newport, the hotel was nicely decorated close to everything. The location was perfect and superior - not far from an Italian restaurant, the center of shops, and Newport for over 20 years. There was Smoke House, located nearby, where we relaxed.

We couldn't find restaurant.

The setting was quite stunning and wonderful within easy reach of International Tennis Hall of Fame.

Everything was more than exceptional, I felt warm in this hip new hotel. Liked the room with a queen bed, my bed was extremely comfy. The staff was superfriendly and amicable and always helped me. Incredible location of the property so close to everything. I went to nearby Del's Frozen Lemonade and tried their local food.

Came in Newport to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was best base for doing it. The employees at the venue were amazingly nice and pleasant. Its location at walking distance from King Park was great and amazing.

Nicely decorated & themed room, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe in there. Wonderful private bathroom.
